Popcorn— the ultimate movie snack. Try one of these "recipes" the next time you pop a bag. Each of the 3 "recipes" are very simple ways to jazz up your popcorn. It doesn't get much easier (or tastier) than this. Read on for the details...
Super quick notes:
* Use a large bowl so you have plenty of room to stir without making a huge mess.
* When stirring the popcorn, it's more of a "folding" to scoop the seasoning off the bottom of the bowl and constantly coat the popcorn with it.
* Even with the best folding and stirring skills, some seasoning is just going to end up in the bottom of the bowl. Now grab your favorite bag of popcorn and get to poppin'!

Popcorn: 3 Ways To Jazz it up

Recipe #1: Ranch Popcorn
Ingredients:
• 1 bag popcorn
• 2 tbsp ranch seasoning*• Pop the popcorn & place in a large bowl.
• Sprinkle the 2 tbsp of ranch seasoning evenly over the popcorn.
• With a large spatula, gently stir /fold for a couple of minutes until the seasoning really covers the popcorn and not much seasoning is left in the bottom of the bowl.
• EAT!

PS: I also use the ranch seasoning for baked chicken, and for mixing it with plain greek yogurt for dipping veggies as a snack. So good!

Recipe #2: Salt + Lime
Ingredients:
• 1 bag popcorn
• 1 lime
• salt• Pop the popcorn & place in a large bowl.
• With a lemon/lime press,* gently squeeze 1/2 of the lime. Sprinkle it as evenly as possible over the popcorn as you squeeze it. You just want a light spritz, otherwise the popcorn will get soggy.
• Sprinkle the salt and gently stir for a couple of minutes to evenly distribute the salt and lime juice.
• Taste. If you want more lime, add the other 1/2, making sure to sprinkle it evenly to avoid soggy popcorn. Stir again.
• EAT!

(PS: this one is my favorite. It's similar to Tostitos Lime Tortilla Chips.)

Recipe #3: Taco Style
Ingredients:
• 1 bag popcorn
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast*
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp chili powder  (omit if you don't like spice)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Lime (optional)• Pop the popcorn & place in a large bowl.
• Mix all of the dry seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl until well blended.
• Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the popcorn.
• With a large spatula, gently stir /fold for a couple of minutes until the seasoning really covers the popcorn and not much seasoning is left in the bottom of the bowl.
• Taste. I like to add the lime here to let the acidity of the lime balance out the seasoning and salt of the mixture. However, if you like it as is, go with that. If you want lime...
• With a lemon/lime press,* gently squeeze 1/2 of the lime. Sprinkle it as evenly as possible over the popcorn as you squeeze it. You just want a light spritz, otherwise the popcorn will get soggy.
• EAT!

(PS: Bonus "recipe" #4 is to just use the nutritional yeast on your popcorn for a cheesy flavor. I also use it on eggs, roast veggies, and soups.)
