I am currently training with women in semi-private small groups of 2-4. Please contact me (below) for more information. I'd love to train with you!

Reaching your fitness goals is one of THE most exciting journeys one can undertake! I am EXCITED to help those who want to be the best version of themselves! I will do my best to offer accountability, encouragement, support, and a variety of exercises that are fun and challenging. With semi-private training, you’ll have me as well as the others participating to give you support and accountability! 

Small Group Training Package Info:

  • 10 Creative One-Hour Workouts at my Workout Barn.
  • Workouts will vary every time and include: weight training, TRX training, HIIT training, and circuit training. We’ll end our workouts with approximately 10 minutes of yoga and stretching.
  • Accountability from myself with text check-ins regarding your own goals and habit tracking.
  • Accountability and encouragement from your workout partner(s) and myself on a group text chain.
