Private Yoga
Private Group Or Individual Classes:

Individual:
By appointment.
Available as a single session or as a bundle of five.
All sessions are one hour long and offer one-on-one attention to the individual. Prior to our first session, we discuss any goals or areas of interest the student might have and the sessions are created around that. After finding a focus for our sessions, I custom make the classes for the individual, their goals, and their preferences on the pace and intensity of class. Goals may include targeting and strengthening a certain area of the body, improving balance, stress relief, learning certain types of poses, or simply a better understanding of yoga. A true beginner may wish to start their yoga practice here before attending group classes, or a more advanced practitioner may use private sessions to fine tune certain poses.
Small Group Classes:
For 2-4 people.
